The apartment is located 25 minutes walk from the Old Town and a few minutes walk from the famous Kalnciema quarter Public transport stops are right next to the house, which gives a certain noise. Please pay attention for this.

It is a modern house and has a large lounge with log fire,full kitchen,shower room & toilet and sauna(additional charge) and upstairs a 2nd shower room & toilet.The terrace has a good view of the garden and has a bbq ready for use...It is possible to add 1 extra single bed (additional charge)and a baby bed (free). New! Hot Tub ( extra cost)

Holiday Home Perfect location! Near Lielupe river and white dune Riga: "Balta Kapa" Not far from Jurmala 5-10 minutes by car. Old Riga 20 min drive by car. All necessary appliances, free WiFi. Free parking, very close to flowers park: "Rododendri" Perfect place for single a couple or family. Please note: there are no public transport near property. So property is good if you are traveling by car. I can provide transfer from/to airport.
