Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). To top it off, you can unload your boat at the community ramp just outside to the right. If you're not a fisherman, you can still enjoy the sunshine while getting a much needed R&R. The bungalow has been recently updated with new floors and a kitchen designed to grill the day's catch.
