Basement suite is closed off from the rest of the house. Near Highway 1, walking distance to grocery store & shops, close to Fort Langley & Willowbrook. NO KITCHEN OR STOVE! However, suite includes small fridge & freezer, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, dishes & utensils. Tea/Coffee provided. Suite comes with a double-sized pull-out couch, queen bed, and own bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a living room w/ TV, DVD player, fireplace. No laundry, no dining table, no microwave

This guest house is entirely yours for your stay and it is for the registered guests only and is not intended as a gathering place for friends, families, or others. Our guest house can accommodate up to 4 people sleeping in the two bedrooms only, as the couch is not an overnight sleeping option. For guests who have electric cars and intend to charge their vehicles during their stay, please let the host know.

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.

Relax with your family/friends on this peaceful farm located in the Township of Langley. This beautiful suite is located 15 minutes away from Thunderbird Equestrian Centre, Campbell Valley Park, loads of wineries and several golf courses. This basement suite is open and airy with 9 foot ceilings and huge windows. A beautiful, covered jacuzzi tub is available on the property for you to use. The suite includes a large bedroom with a Sterns and Foster king mattress, premium linen, toiletries, 2 bathrobes, cell phone charging system. Family room is bright and cozy with a gas fireplace. All sofas recline, 55” TV with cable and Netflix.
