A warm & bright lake cabin welcomes you to Two Island Lake with a sunny south-facing waterfront, private dock, row boat, canoes, paddleboards & a campfire overlooking the water. Float the lake, cozy up by the woodstove, or awe at brilliant dark skies. Venture out by bike, boat, ski, snowmobile to 15 different lakes within a 10 min drive/OHV. Experience the magic of solitude (3mi to BWCA Wilderness, 5min to Eagle Mtn hiking) and then head 12-25min to the beloved Raven Rock Grill or Grand Marais.

The interior has been newly renovated to include modern fixtures and finishes to an open floor plan that maximizes the breathtaking views of Lake Superior. For epic panoramas of the lake head out to the yard for a hot cocoa by the bonfire, or a glass of wine at the charming deck on the bluff's edge. Or take the path down to the private beach featuring 280' of pebble and sand shoreline. Access to bike and hiking trails.

Living room, kitchen and deck all overlook Lake Superior. Though simple, the kitchen has all of the essentials for cooking meals and eating in. The fire pit outside is perfect for relaxing by the fire and making s'mores. Situated near great North Shore adventures, like hiking, biking, paddling, golf, skiing, and snowmobiling.

This historic log cabin has been lovingly restored to retain all its original charm and history, while updated with all the luxury amenities. A large Main Room is home to a wood-burning fireplace and picture windows that bring the Big Lake indoors in all seasons. A bathroom with a soaker tub and heated floors. Our Little House is located just 3 short miles from beautiful down town Grand Marais. There are several stores where you can purchase supplies, a number of fun shops to meander through, good food, great coffee friendly people and of course, Beautiful Lake Superior! There are several hiking, biking, skiing and snowmobile trails as well as lakes for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. We are only 20 mi from Lutsen, and 3 from the North House Folk School to visit or take in a class.
