Welcome to @ranch_inthewoods No cleaning fee STR permit #34035 This newly built ranch-style home with thoughtfully designed wabi-sabi interiors sits in the woods of the Warwick Valley. It's located a short drive away from several lakes, hiking trails, breweries, and dining experiences. It features forest/creek views, designer furniture, modern appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas cooktop), smart 4k TV, gym & yoga studio, gas firepit, and ample deck with an outdoor kitchen & dining area.

You won't worry about getting sand on the floor. Feel the ocean air. Short walk to town. Beautiful light, spacious living & dining rooms. 10min drive to beach. 20min to wineries. Central AC, Fiber WiFi. The hamlet of East Quogue is a destination for fresh food: one of the only local fish markets on Long Island, gourmet Italian butcher, farm stands, wine store, sushi, bagel shop. Nine beds upstairs that can comfortably accommodate 10. We only host guests w/ reviews . No dogs. Thanks for looking.

This unique centrally located water front loft is located on the second Gulf Pond 1.5 miles from historic Milford center buzzing with water front restaurants and downtown shopping. This one bedroom, one bath, has a private entrance and free off street parking. Outdoor patio & grill with kitchenette, enjoy a waterfront view throughout the 400 sq ft space. Close to I-95, the Merrit Parkway, and Milford train station. Explore 17 miles of beaches in this New England town by bike, kayak, or foot.

Vintage living.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Train to NYC (Scarborough Station) 10 min walk through historic neighborhood. Arcadian Mall (Grocery Store, Starbucks, etc) 7 min walk. Lots to explore in the area. Panoramic Rivers views from inside and out. Two televisions. Coffee/Condiments/Cooking Essentials provided. $25 cleaning with or without pets.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One block away from the water and three blocks away from Dolphin Cove. Enjoy walkings and site-seeings. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Charming, fully renovated cottage with cathedral ceilings and private deck. Home has a separate queen bedroom, kitchen and living room on the main floor with small stove fireplace. There is a small loft on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds accessed by a library ladder (note: no standing headroom in loft). Private outdoor deck with seating and BBQ. Fast wi-fi, laundry access and pet friendly.
