De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Dit rustig gelegen studio appartement voor 2 of 3 personen is geschikt voor een kort en een langer verblijf. De woning ligt op een landgoed en is rustig gelegen in de natuur. Er is een bbq, hottub, tuinstoelen en buitenkachel. Om het huis 6 ha met bos, tuin, weilanden en een strandje met natuurwater waarin u kunt zwemmen. Het landgoed ligt langs de Vechtdalroute en dichtbij het Pieterpad. Een babybed is beschikbaar. Er is een tweede studio, gelegen in het zelfde gebouw 2 personen.
