We would love to share our Kingsville home We are located in the Heart of town on Main Street. It’s bright and cozy with a charming vintage feel. There are 3 Bdrms with Queen beds & 2 sitting areas. Each with a day bed and trundle bed under. Our kitchen is fully stocked . Enjoy mornings with a coffee on our closed In front porch,evenings around the gas fire pit in the court yard. This property is conveniently placed on a gorgeous usually quiet, private lake-front lot on the shores of Lake St. Clair with a break wall. No docking and not suitable for swimming. Enjoy public pathways, boat launch, docking, parks, beaches and kayak/ paddle board rentals, stores and many entertainment near by for all ages. Usually greeted upon check in/ Self check-in with coded key pad lock. Recent updates: Wifi has been updated, and we now have a larger parking area for our guests.

Unwind at this modern lake house situated right on Lake Erie. The house was built with high ceilings and exposed raw steel accents throughout. Enjoy a stunning view of lake Erie from both bedrooms or through the 14 ft glass wall in the living room. The kitchen boasts all new appliances, quartz countertops and all of the cooking supplies needed. The house is located in between two public beaches and offers its own access into the lake. Wineries, Pelee Island, restaurants and golf courses.

Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
