Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

The detached garge opens on both sides to become an amazing gameroom/breezeway for gathering & access to the water. The upstairs apartment sleeps 8, has 1 full bath, kitchen and deck. Boat parking available along the pier.

Plenty of outdoor space with an upper and lower deck for enjoying coffee while taking in the beautiful lake views or enjoying a meal outside with family or friends. Sit on the dock or lakeside swing while watching the kids play and swim in the water.

North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles to Auburn.

This tiny cabin nestled in the woods is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature near the lake! Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)

The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.
