Fully stocked kitchen with plates, pans, silverware and assorted small electrics as well as microwave, pizza oven, and stove and full size fridge. Living space includes table, couch, and chairs for seating. New mini split.

You will be able to access Lower & Upper Bottle Lakes for a combined total of 1400 acres.
