This thoughtfully curated home features a large fully fenced yard for kids and dogs, plus a fire pit with string lights for cozy evenings. You’re just a short walk from the beach, resort, golf course, and favorite bars and restaurants, so everything you need is within reach. Bringing a boat? The public boat landing is just three blocks away. Ample parking makes travel with kids, pets, and lake toys easy!

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Stunning lakefront cabin located in Gull Haven on the quiet east side of Gull Lake. Steps from a beautiful sandy beach this 3BR/3BA accommodates up to 10 people, ideal for families or groups. Enjoy your morning joe on the screened-in porch with serene views of Gull Lake. Take one of our pontoons out for the day and return to grill dinner on the private charcoal grill, and then gather around the firepit for a sunset drink. Gull Haven 704 provides the classic lakefront cabin experience.

Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

This property is set on a secluded 2.5 acre plot that will provide ample opportunity to connect with nature. Relax and enjoy the solitude! Less than 10 miles away from Brainerd International Speedway and only 2.3 miles away from the Paul Bunyan Trail. TV has a Roku streaming device.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

On the shore of Clark Lake and nestled under a canopy of Norway pines, the cabin provides a cozy getaway. With lake access, you can fish right from the dock, enjoy a paddle on the water, or relax by the outdoor fire pit. The Paul Bunyan trail is just steps away. Bike or stroll (or snowmobile!) straight into the town of Nisswa, home to shops, great coffee, and unique places to eat. In the warmer months, you might even see some turtles racing downtown!

Try out the snow shoes, kayaks, or drive 10 minutes to Cuyuna Rec Biking trails and the cute town of Crosby with many fun restaurants and shops to choose from.
