If you don’t want to drive it’s close to the trolley that takes you all over the county; downtown, shopping, convention center, and stadiums. 10 minutes from downtown San Diego, 25 min to beaches, and 45 min to the mountains. Relax on the front porch with drinks or eating at the bistro table, the front yard is fenced for kids to play, and WiFi. There is a playpen upon request. Rhett the desert tortoise awaits! Its a lockoff.

The unit is attached to a larger home (where we live with our three boys), but it has an outdoor entrance so you enter/exit privately. Our patio is perfect for eating outdoors. You are a 2-minute drive to the trolley station and a 15-minute drive to downtown San Diego. We hope you love your stay!

Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.

This stylish place is perfect for group and family trips. We are centrally located and close to all that San Diego has. Only 10 minutes from San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp, Downtown & more. Target and other grocery stores are a 5 minute drive. Directly across the street is fast-food and local restaurants. The complex is very safe, quiet and nicely maintained. The listing includes a free parking space with plenty of parking on the street.
