Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Welcome to Sail La Víe! This is a 650 square foot 1 king bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in a restored Victorian home (3 units total) in the East End Historic District of Galveston. With a French Quarter theme, the apartment is dog friendly (1 dog up to 25 pounds) and just steps from Downtown Galveston! If you don't want to eat at one of the numerous restaurants within walking distance you can cook yourself a meal in the full kitchen or grill outside on the gourmet Viking grill.
