The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

In the front terrace guests can enjoy the sunset 🌄, with a panoramic view of the north coast of Corfu and Diapontia islands! From the garden you can enjoy the view of a valley 🌳and green mountains!

Xenonerantzia Country style Villa

Villa Xenonerantzia, is located 10 km from Corfu town and the airport, 3 km away from Gouvia village, in central Corfu. It is on a hill, with a marvelous view of the sea and the old town. Just a minute or so away from Avgi's House you'll find mini-markets, a bakery, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

My home (80m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).
