The apartment has a TV with Appletv and internet accsess. There are downlights in all ceilings, and heating cables in all floors. There is a very nice tiled bathroom with washingmachine and tubledryer. There are two bedrooms. One room have queensize (2) and one have a queensize (2)and a bunkbed (2). Total of six.

Tomannsbolig var nytt sommeren 2019, det ligger nydelig til i fjordkanten på Torsnes. Feriehuset er fullt utstyrt og har panoramautsikt over fjord og fjell.Ved huset er det uteområde med kai og liten egen strand, det ligg godt til rette for fiske i fjorden. Det er vaskemaskin og tørketrommel på bad. Hele huset består av to separate leiligheter, dette er den ene og er den største. Den minste enheten ligger i front av huset. Jondal er et paradis for de frilufts interesserte.

Rundt huset beiter geiter, og man har utsikt over noen frittgående høns, og noen alpakkaer på den andre siden av veien. Huset har terrasser på begge sider, hvor det er herlig å sitte å ta inn omgivelsene og kjenne på roen. Det er også flotte turstier like ved.
