This home is in a quiet and private culdesac located within a mile of Sheraton Convention Center, Rivery Park coffee shops, restaurants, and San Gabriel park and trails. Located with two miles of the Georgetown Square and nightlife. Home offers the best of all worlds with the interior including wall wine racks, kitchen appliances, and spacious suite rooms with adjacent areas for office work. This includes the huge lot space for outside activities.

This charming ranch-style home comfortably accommodates **up to 6 adults** plus **2 to 4 children** with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is not suited for more than 6 adults at any one time, but can host 8 to 10 guests when including children. The Stillhouse marina is located a few miles away. There they have fishing, dinning, and boat rentals. Scuba Divers Paradise offers scuba lessons at the marina as well. Small and cozy unique apartment on a hill, overlooking Stillhouse Lake. It's tucked in the back of our shop/garage, with a partially shade covered deck. Kick back and watch the wildlife, birds and hummingbirds, while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful views. We are in the Country, close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center, Belton, UMHB, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. Parking including room for a trailer.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1350sqft of accessable space to you). You'll have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and 2.5 bathrooms. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
