Nestled amongst the native tree on a spacious 1 acre block (shared with the host residence - separate private dwellings), its simplicity at its best. Enjoy a beer whilst cooking on the BBQ, play pool or take a short walk to Swell café for a big brekky. Carefree, no stress, a great place to reset and relax.

Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

Our lovely loft is tucked away from the bustle, the perfect, quiet retreat for couples or singles to relax in.With a super comfy bed, sofa, TV, dining table & balcony to relax on, all is set for a romantic break or just a little getaway. Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

Possum House

Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)

Brae Pool House - for all seasons

🌿 Welcome to Brae Pool House. A beautiful, cosy self-contained studio cottage in the hills of Bellbrae, with sweeping views down the Spring Creek Valley, a snip of ocean across to the Peninsula and twinkle of Torquay lights at night. 🍀 Enjoy the pool and outdoor bath in private oasis near the gateway to the Great Ocean Road. 🍃 Two night minimum Thursday to Saturday however sometimes one night is available, dependent on other bookings. One night minimum Sunday to Wednesday.
