Our newly constructed cabin is a modern, one bedroom home perched in a forested nook with views of Cayuga Lake. This little cabin sits on our 40-acre property, also home to Saoirse Pastures- a farm animal rescue and sanctuary. 4.5 miles to downtown Ithaca, 4.5 miles to Taughannock State Park & Trumansburg and 17 easy miles to Hector and the Seneca wine trail make the location perfect for whatever adventure awaits you! The Black Diamond hiking and biking trail is also right at your doorstep.

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

Easy access to many wineries and breweries and all the wonderful attractions the Finger Lakes have to offer!

Everything you’re looking for is only a few walkable blocks away: Moosewood & shopping at Dewitt Mall – 1 block. Shopping & Events in Ithaca Commons – 2 blocks. Restaurant Row on Aurora Street – 3 blocks. Ithaca Farmers Market – 1 mile. If you're visiting students, Cornell University and Ithaca College are both nearby.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

The Belle Sherman House is a fully legal ( City number #1111) two-bedroom, furnished cottage (with private entryway) attached to our home. It has a full kitchen and cozy living area. Vaulted ceilings and sky lights make this a bright and cheerful space. (Fully legal rental). We are accepting reservations from those who are vaccinated.
