This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

Restaurant Row on Aurora Street – 3 blocks. Ithaca Farmers Market – 1 mile. If you're visiting students, Cornell University and Ithaca College are both nearby.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
