The house overlooks the Irish sea facing south/south west at the front and overlooking a tennis court (public) and golf course at the rear. Views are special with great walks on your doorstep. The house is a 15 minute walk to the village centre and under 10 minutes brisk walk to the local Pub. The suite is on the ground floor at the rear of the house with its own access. Small Inflatable beds can be provided for up to 2 at a small extra charge. Food available on a self service basis as agreed.

Come and enjoy our home including a 6 person salt water hot tub, large outdoor space with dining area, loungers, sofas and BBQ/Smoker, view of the TT course, sunroom, kareoke room,TV room with open fire, garage space and offroad parking. WiFi is available throughout the property and gardens. The house is located on the TT course and is a 10 minute walk to the closest pub/restaurant and only 200m from a bus stop. Peel is a 5 minute drive from the property and Douglas just over a 10 minute drive.

With Laxey beach on your doorstep and surrounded by walks and beautiful scenery, you can fill your days with activity or relax on the deck by the harbourside and take in the view. A wonderful, spacious chalet that sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, each with a private bath or shower room. The open-plan living room, dining room, & kitchen have everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine to lighten the load.

Breesha's Cottage - Ballaugh, 4 star self catering

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.
