Also, the perfect location to hang on the screen porch or relax in the shaded hammock.

It’s only half a mile from the closest beach access as well as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bars & parks. After a day relaxing at the beach or visiting local sites, you’ll love using our outdoor shower(w/ hot & cold water) & sitting outside in our private guest sitting area with your fav evening beverage. You can also grill up a meal on the charcoal grill. We hope to host you soon!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

The large fenced backyard is very private, has outdoor seating, and is perfect for kids and pets! Plenty of beds to bring friends or for multiple families, HUGE outdoor shower, and a fire pit. We keep the wood stocked for you! We have bikes, beach chairs, lawn games, and kayaks to use during your stay. Even enough space to park your boat for joy riding or fishing!!

Cozy studio has been renovated with thoughtful upgrades. Kitchen is fully stocked including coffee maker, spices, condiments, and premium cookware. No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.
