húsið við vatnið er rúmgóð villa á rólegum stað í útjaðri borgarinnar. rétt við borgarmörkin í kyrrð og ró, þar blasir við ótrúlega fallegt útsýni yfir vatnið og þar sem norðurljósin dansa fyrir framan gluggana yfir vetratímann. villan er í göngufæri við vatnið, 45 mín frá kef airport og 15 mín fjarlægð frá miðborginni. Villan er tilvalin fyrir fyrir fjölskyldur sem vilja gera vel við sig. gott leiksvæði með rólum og rennibraut fyrir yngstu kynslóðina í lokuðum garði og stórum heitum potti.

Our apartment is perfectly located — just a 6-minute drive from Keflavík Airport and 15–20 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. Within a 3-minute walk, you’ll find a public swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools. A small shopping center, Krossmói, is only 8 minutes away on foot, offering a supermarket, pharmacy, bank (ATM), restaurants, and other shops. The local bus stop is also nearby (outdoor, no kiosk). Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊
