Enjoy a great experience at this centrally-located place. It is close to Michigan tech and just a hike from the downtown area. it is an apartment that is part of a 10-unit building. There is a shared laundry area in the basement. We do not have adequate parking for trailers. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds in each. It has a fully equipped kitchen and has a spacious living space also. wifi and Hulu basic are available or you can easily login to your own Netflix account.

This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. Less than a 1/2 mile from the main snowmobile/Atv trail, close to Mont Ripley, Swedetown, Mont Bohemia. We are centrally located between Houghton (20 miles away), Copper Harbor (25 miles away) and Calumet (5 miles). A great value.
