This cozy apartment is a perfect base for a delightful holiday near the beach. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

Vakantiewoning La Viola De vakantiewoning is het originele gastenverblijf van Villa La Viola. De vakantiewoning is gelegen aan de dorpsweide Wijk aan Zee en ligt op loopafstand (10 minuten) van het strand en de zee. De woning is standaard geschikt voor twee personen, tegen toeslag uit te breiden tot max. 4 pers., en bestaat uit een woonkamer gecombineerd met keuken, aparte toilet en een aparte badkamer en op de verdieping 4 slaapplaatsen. De woning beschikt over eigen parkeervoorzieningen.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Park van Luna is een verassend samenspel van land en water met de meest uiteenlopende mogelijkheden voor een fijne vakantie of weekend weg. Het is een complete woning met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer, compleet ingerichte keuken en badkamer met douche en toilet.

The studio (part of our own house) has it's own entrance, terrace, a living, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Free parking is available. The studio is ideal for two adults. Baby's are welcome untill 9 months.
