Completely self-contained, the Annexe is set out over two floors, with a compact shower room, small kitchenette and sitting area leading to the patio. A lovely spiral staircase leads you up to the bedroom which has fantastic views over the dunes.

It has the Norfolk broads and marshes on its door step with the stunning Norfolk beaches, Norwich and Great Yarmouth close by. It is truly a cozy home from home, with a lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with bath/shower, with parking and outdoor sofa, BBQ and table and chairs in the large garden.
