Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Avståndet till Helsingborg och Lund är bara 45 i bil, om man vill till staden på sightseeing. Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Här finns även laddare till elbil som kan lånas mot en kostnad. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.

The apartment is 2,7 km to the train station and 2 km to city center. The busstation is just a couple of minutes away. Pålsjöskogen, a small forest with walking paths leading down to the ocean is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment has a nice livingroom with a big terrace. In the small bedroom there is a 140 cm bed, and in the other bedroom there is a loft with two 80 cm beds.
