Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Located extremely convenient to downtown. 1/2 mile from the heart of Germantown. Very walkable. Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.

North City Studio- 5mi to Downtown!

Stay at our cozy studio 5 miles from downtown! North City Studio is a great spot for easy access to all central parts of the city! Go downtown for your get down before relaxing in a super comfy memory foam bed and dream of your boot stomping adventures! Permit #2021027377 All booking guests must be 21+ per metro Nashville codes. PETS WELCOME 💜 12/5 until early Jan the house will be decorated for xmas 🎅🏼 My adorable renovated '50s cottage has space for 4 (queen, twin, floor twin). Located in hip East Nashville in the heart of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. I did renovations in 2023 and am proud to share my home!

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
