This serene location enables you to listen to abundant bird calls and watch the native animals without disturbing them. The chalet offers private and uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. Rene's Cottage: Creekside Paradise. On creek bank.

Peaceful creek and ocean beach access. 200m walk to surf beach. 35 minutes from Tweed Rail Trail. This rail trail is accessible from Burringbar, Mooball or Murwillumbah which are all less than 35 minutes from Rene's Cottage. There are pelicans, herons, osprey and marine animals. Can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Whale watching June >> November. All cooking equipment, bed linen and towels supplied. Kayaks and crab pots; no extra, but no pets. Check in time 2pm. Check out time is 10am.

Only a 20 minute drive or bus from Gold Coast airport and Tweed City and just over half an hour drive to popular Byron Bay.
