Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Petite Maison is a three bed, two bath cottage in a safe residential neighborhood on the outskirt of old concord. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. Indulge in the delights of Southern cuisine, explore the scenic beauty of the region, and make lasting memories in our welcoming abode. Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!
