Oasis is a cozy getaway in the heart of the unique neighborhood of East Nashville. The loft is walking distance to quirky retailers, local restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues. Hop on a bicycle to reach Shelby Park, Greenway, and the city. Much of what East Nashville offers is within walking or biking distance. Downtown is a short drive on local streets. If you don't bring a car, Uber is a great alternative. This Loft is accessed off an Alley.

Our studio apartment offers a great combination of location and relaxation.This two story apartment is separate from the main house located 1.1 miles south of the Square on Main Street in downtown Franklin. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating.

The Pacifica Loft 302 pays homage to the Pacifica Asian Restaurant that occupied 506 Church Street until it closed in 2015. It was widely known as the best Asian lunch spot in downtown Nashville. Mr. and Mrs. John Di relocated their business to the property in 2004 and retired in 2015 when they sold the property to the current owners. Every stay at 506 Lofts helps Nashville's underserved.
