Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. The Water Park is right down the road, and UMHB is only a few blocks away so you can easily attend any sports or community event they host. This home has been fully remodeled with everything new on the inside including a new HVAC system and all new appliances. Full porch overlooking dry creek. AS OF DECEMBER 18TH, COTTAGE WILL BE UNDER NEW OWNERS.

Small and cozy unique apartment on a hill, overlooking Stillhouse Lake. It's tucked in the back of our shop/garage, with a partially shade covered deck. Kick back and watch the wildlife, birds and hummingbirds, while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful views.
