Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. There have been professional photos done by the Airbnb photographer, and they are finally here! This is the 2nd Hammy on a Rye right next door to the original Hammy on a Rye started almost 4 yrs ago. This is similar in size and layout as the other home. It has two king-size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, laundry, and central air. There is also plenty of off-street parking available. We are putting together the gas firepit and seating now

Host is next door and offers farm to table dining options for guests. EV charger new in 2024. Also Pulteney Garden Escape for second option.

Originally built in 1920, this house now boasts a brand new open concept kitchen with high end utilities, up dated bathrooms with built in tile showers, three bedrooms, a dedicated laundry room, outdoor patio with picnic table and a fire pit. The property is secluded and private offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for your Keuka lake get away.

Waterfront Hilltop primitive cabin over 1000' from dirt road with bunk bed and sleeping loft. Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.

Bed n' fix your own damn Breakfast

Come and sit on the Veranda with a glass of wine and some cheese. You will be one block from restaurants and shops and 2 blocks from a public beach for swimming and fishing on Beautiful Keuka Lake. Many wineries, breweries and distilleries within close driving distance. There are also a handful seasonal restaurants right on the water. This is a place to slow down and recharge.
