Family-friendly, relaxed home located in a quiet residential neighborhood awaits you for your beach getaway. Three bedrooms with queen beds, two baths, living area, well-equipped kitchen, spacious kid-friendly den and backyard with deck ensure that you have room to spread out and relax after a fun day at the beach or exploring the area. Short drive to San Francisco, Santa Cruz or San Jose.

Coastal Cottage Guest House

Guest house is attached to our primary residence but has a separate exterior entrance. The interior is separated by double doors that lock from both sides similar to adjoining hotel rooms. The backyard is shared by us, the owners. There’s a very real chance you’ll be greeted by our friendly Australian Shepherd, Gracie, during your stay! She’s available to play upon request. You may see us in the yard during your stay. Feel free to say hi! Otherwise, we like to give our guests privacy.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
