Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Het huisje heeft een zithoek met smart-TV Extra verplichte kosten bij aankomst te betalen: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Beach House Parallel (free Parking) near the sea

Beach House Parallel is only 100 meter from the beach. Private entrance. You have your own living room, kitchen block, bedroom and bathroom. The Boulevard with bars and restaurants, the main street with shops & boutiques are only a 5 minute walk from the house. There is room for 2 people and a baby up to 3 years (baby bed) Note that the house is near the promenade and it can therefore be a bit noisy from the road

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.

Vrijstaand huis (80 m2) van alle gemakken voorzien, geschikt voor 4 personen met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Supermarkt en andere voorzieningen op loopafstand (± 5 minuten). Aan de achterzijde ligt een terras aan het water. Centraal gelegen, op ± 10 minuten rijden van strand, zee, bos en goede uitvalswegen naar Den Haag, Delft, Rotterdam en Amsterdam.
