Community pool available to guests 2 hours/day during the hours of 10A-3P with advanced reservation. Rules & use waiver must be signed in advance.

Come stay with us at our ‘Farmstead’ in town - Yellow-Wood is 1 of 3 private suites in this 1927mail order Bungalow (we think it's a Sears one!) only a few walkable blocks away from downtown. Completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, private parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets.

We are just 4 miles from the famous "Tubing on the Horseshoe" and "Whitewater Amphitheater," and only 2 miles from the Guadalupe River Access Trail! This cozy artist's retreat is in a great location, only eight minutes to downtown Austin. It is located in a small secluded residential area, that has a half mile loop for walking. The property is surrounded by trees and allows for enjoying the outdoors. People will enjoy the modern home (1300 sq feet) with a practical kitchen and travertine tile floors throughout the house. Very clean, spacious.

Homey and a large private upstairs bedroom with a Queen-sized bed with an overhead ceiling fan, and a plasma TV. The home has high-speed Wi-Fi for your use. The upstairs rooms have their own heat and A/C. Easy check-in - just ring the doorbell. We provide coffee and fruit for breakfast if you desire, and a full kitchen for your use. We have plenty of street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.

Lookout Hill | Spectacular Views | Near Luckenbach

My place is located on a picturesque hill with expansive views in every direction but is only 4 miles from Luckenbach and 14 from downtown Fredericksburg. You'll love my place because of the peaceful location, the views, beautiful updated interior, and great porch. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children that are 15 years of age or older.
