Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Imagine a place that deer and tall wading birds looking at turtles sunning on a log while listening to the Gulf of Mexico as the waves roll in. The sun starts to set, and you walk down to see the sunset over the beach. Time for some music and entertainment then a walk around Gulf Place for dinner then a short stroll back home and sit on the screened in front porch enjoying the sounds of the gentle rolling Gulf of Mexico.

You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. Happy Mermaid is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and be My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
