The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Cabin In The Woods

Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Come stay at our cabin located outside the charming Dripping Springs, TX! Creekside Casita is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet and serene stay. The cabin is located on 10 acres of property and only 10 minutes away from the Hamilton Pool Preserve and Milton Reimers Ranch Park. Guests are welcome to enjoy the creek that runs seasonally through our property. Whether a sunrise or sunset the hill country views are breathtaking! We are so excited to host your next stay at the Creekside Casita!

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

Quaint 500 square foot suite for visitors who want to spend time hiking or kayaking. Perfect for a couple with possibly one child or girlfriends who share a bed! *Cabana will have spider webs, nature always wins!

Private with stunning views, this beautifully refurbished 1950’s A-frame on Lake LBJ is the perfect weekend getaway. Enjoy the wildlife and peaceful setting from the back deck or, if it’s cold, stay toasty inside and view the wildlife while snuggled in front of the fire, listening to vintage albums. You will likely not see another person unless you venture out to the nearby state parks and/or wineries or to town for antiquing. Canoe & gear provided, you bring the bait!

Peace Retreat Tiny House

Nestled on 2 acres with adjacent Lake House property and Barndominium, the Tiny House is a remodeled boat house with peaceful views. Note: Water levels vary on the private cove. ASK HOST BEFORE BOOKING if waterfront is important to you. Guests will have access to kayaks, SUP boards, gas grill and private deck. Friendly dogs are welcome with $50 pet fee. Sleeping: King foam mattress on upper loft, Full-size leather sleeper sofa, twin foam cot.

Quiet lakefront home on Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. The property has 100 feet of lake frontage with another 100 feet on the adjacent community park. Best fishing on the lake. Canoe (1) and kayaks (three touring/fishing and one whitewater) included in rental. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, National Fish Hatchery, wineries, and restaurants in nearby towns of Marble Falls and Kingsland.
