Our house is a lovely 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with great views over Gracetown. It's a leisurely 5 minute walk to the beach. The extensively renovated house is spacious, light, bright and really comfortable. Gracetown Views has been loved by many guests since 2015 and will suit couples, families and travellers. Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098
