Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view and pool which will be for your exclusive use during your stay.

Pandanus Lodge is set on a half acre in a quiet location, central to Tannum Sands, Boyne Island and a 20 minute commute to Gladstone. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, Pandanus Lodge is walking distance to the supermarket, nearby cafe and the beach. Plenty of parking for a boat, close to boat ramp and easy access to walking/cycling track along the river. Serviced weekly for longer stays.

The property is on Auckland Hill, overlooking Auckland creek and the marina, close to restaurants, shops, parklands and with great views of the water and relaxing sunsets. This unit has a spacious kitchen/dining area, with a good size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & basic cooking facilities. The separate lounge has air con, two large recliners, TV, computer desk. The bedroom opens out to a private deck. We offer 5% discount on weekly bookings and 15% discount on monthly bookings.

The Shack on Island is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Bray Park boat ramp. Enjoy the sunrises while you try your luck to catch a fish from your back yard or enjoy beach walks or take a swim. If you prefer, you can just relax on the patio and take in the sea breezes and awesome views. Please Note: Property is not fenced and has direct access to waterway.
