Come and enjoy this beautiful property and home , wonderful views of the Vineyards of Florence (walking distance) nestled on a working 10 acres with lots of friendly farm animals . This is a fully stocked and private 3 bedroom 2 bath modular home. Access to BBQ, smoker, and fire pit . Sit outside under a beautifully lit 400-year-old Oaktree steps from the front door. We’re 45 min from Austin and Waco. 20 min from Georgetown, Killeen and Round Rock . Private, peaceful , and rustic farmland.

Close to running trails and river. Huge backyard. Visit near by and swim at the Blue Hole, take your dog to Bark Park, and San Gabriel Park Movie Night, find the hiking and biking trails along the San Gabriel River. Close to Southwestern University. We sometimes have an extra car for rent if interested.

Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.
