Villa San Giuseppe is a charming detached house of 120 sqm, capable of accommodating seven people, which is located in Furore, a small town on the Amalfi Coast considered one of ‘The most beautiful villages in Italy’. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace that always attract people looking for relaxation. The Villa has three double bedrooms (one of them has a single bed 80 cm/32 inches in addition), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a fireplace corner. The bedrooms are really spacious (beds are 160 cm/ 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two of them, together with the living room, are exposed to the long sea view terrace where you can seat and have a sweeping view of the sea and of the picturesque hills of Furore. The third bedroom is exposed to the small side terrace and has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head, a wall hair dryer and a washing machine. The other bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a wall hair dryer as well and is in front of the seaside rooms. The living room is elegant and comfortable and is provided with a sofa, two armchairs, a table fitted for seven people, a satellite-TV, a DVD-reader, a stereo, some board games and a bookshelf offering a variety of books in different languages. The kitchen is full equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric/gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, two Italian-style coffee-makers, a kettle, a toast maker, an orange squeezer and all you will need. There is also a selection of wines made from local vineyards, famous all over the world. You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate seven guests. In this room you will find a digital piano. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. From the kitchen, a French door will take you to the garden (50 sqm/540 sq ft large), partly covered with a “pergola” of grapes plants, kiwi fruit, a lemon tree and a tangerine tree. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea and of the coastline sitting on a lounger or at the lava stone table, example of the famous Vietri ceramics, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in absolute peace.

Villa Claudia is just few minutes walking distance from Sant Agata center, a quite and rural areas of the Sorrento Hills and from where you can easily reach nature trails and enchanting panoramic spots like "Sant Angelo peak".. is famous for its cuisine based on traditional plates, with attention at all local productions, handmade and organic. Also in the area we have excellences of catering (Michelin stars) and tradition. You are hosted in my personal Home that gives you warm and comforts.

Beautiful open space apartment with terrace and amazing view on Positano and Amalfitan Coast. Located in town, near many facilities, groceries, shops, beaches and restaurants. Positano main beach and Fornillo beach are only 15 minutes far by walk. Local bus and Sita bus stops are just in front of the house. There is a big couple bedroom with terrace access, a living room with comfortable sofa-bed and terrace access, kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower.

It features a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, one large living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully furnished spacious kitchen. The Villa is located in the heart of Positano, only one minute away from the main beach easily reachable through the steps.

It is perfectly situated to enjoy all the amentites and pleasures of the coast without compromising your peace and serenity. The floor of the house is covered with hand made ceramic tiles and the interior is white dome-shaped ceiling.
