The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Kitchenette has coffeemaker, griddle, microwave, half size fridge. Bathroom shower with basics. Outside is your own Hot tub -parking for two cars. 3+ = 4th night free! Interior features are open, uncluttered, and incredibly comfortable, with quality at the forefront of our minds in this space.

The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

This two bedrooms house is cozy and perfect for a couple, a family of 4, or up to 4 adults. The house has a comfortable queen and full-size bed. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, and toilet papers. We offer high-speed internet. The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed. This home is close to downtown Hendersonville and lots of good restaurants. 20 mins from Asheville.

Our cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a remote mountain feel in a convenient location. We are 30 mins from Downtown Asheville and 10 mins to Downtown Hendersonville and its bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. We are less than an hour drive to many beautiful Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest hikes. At the cabin we have a hot tub, outdoor dining, firepit, tv, board games, and books.
