Only 8mi to campus or a quick commute to the capitol, McFarland is an easy exit off multiple highways and interstates.

We are a short walk from UW-Madison, Hospitals, State Street & the Capitol. We have a dog, Bella, who stay upstairs, but you could see her wandering outside. We have been inspected & are licensed with the city. ZTRHP1-2020-00027. Ask prior to arrival about the use of our high-quality mid-drive ebikes when you stay (for a small fee).

The Mill House Retreat is a 2 story loft set in a park like setting next to the Sugar River. Built in 1864, this stone grist mill has soaring 15ft ceilings, original fittings and luxurious finishes. You will be greeted by chesterfield sofas, a large bar, a copper tub and comfortable beds. Just minutes to bike trails, live music, restaurants, and bars. Guests are welcome to have local friends over to enjoy the setting and reminisce. Madison, New Glarus and Epic are just minutes away.

Tucked away in the rolling hills of Southern Wisconsin sits a little log home ready for your arrival. Hand built by the caretaker and his family; the Braezel Branch Retreat is named after the stream that runs through the valley. Relax with the whole family in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with a comfortable open floor plan. Wander through the beautiful walking trails and enjoy the view of the valley from the large front porch. There is also local tubing, kayaking, golfing and wineries.

Well-behaved dogs, included in your reservation, must be leashed when outside.

YurtCation

YurtCation is a relaxing getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt is off the grid and has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. Pet Policy: Max two - Must be in your sight and supervised at all times or $500 fine and check out immediately.

Lakeview Loft - Downtown Madison

Stay in the heart of Madison, enjoying exclusive access to our 3rd floor suite with lake views. Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
