Anticamente la casa era il laboratorio di un fabbro con la sua piccola abitazione adiacente. Ristrutturata di recente in chiave contemporanea è diventata una residenza su due piani di circa 80 mq. Al piano terra si trova la zona living con il tavolo da pranzo, la cucina, i servizi ed una dispensa per i vini, raggiungibile da una scaletta in legno a gradini sfalsati. Una seconda scala in ferro nero, conduce al soppalco intermedio dove è organizzato lo studio. La balaustra diventa il piano di lavoro e si affaccia dalla doppia altezza. La casa è dotata di climatizzazione invernale ed estiva, connessione wifi, Tv e lavastoviglie. A pochi chilometri c'è la spiaggia di Porto Palo (Bandiera Blu) con possibilità di gite in barca, voli con ultraleggeri e affitto bici. Nei dintorni, a meno di 25 minuti di auto, si può giocare a golf nello splendido Golf Verdura Resort.
