This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Efter en härlig natt i trädgårdshuset intas frukosten på bryggan invid den stora dammen. Med en kopp nybryggt kaffe i handen ser du ut över den vackra, parkliknande tomten där det alltid finns något spännande att upptäcka. Med Mälarens glittrande vatten endast en kort promenad bort är det lätt att lockas till ett dopp vid Stockbybadet. Vi finns nära storstan men ändå på landet och med gångavstånd till såväl mataffär som ett härligt konditori stannar man gärna lite längre.

Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Also perfect for longer term stay benefiting from the central location/communication

Två våningsplan badrum/wc i båda planen. Öppen planlösning i nedre planen. Jag hyr ut mitt hus medans den väntar försäljning. Det finns allt i köket ( för ca 6 personer) att kunna laga mat och äta. Totalt 4 sängar för vuxna.
