Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Escape to this private 2 bedroom rustic cabin on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy incredible views from the living room or soak up the sun on the dock. Appreciate a true happy hour on the screened-in porch or take libations on the lawn above the Lake. We provide linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels. Disinfectant wipes provided & clean mattress covers provided. Taughannock falls State Park is just 6 miles south, along with several great wineries nearby & local town.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas.
