Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I do a lot of writing and the peace is great. Summer 2024: I’m currently making plans for a shady garden. It’s currently just sun scorched dirt and weeds. Here’s to converting wasteful and useles grass-scapes into productive & diverse gardens! Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
