Experience the tiny home lifestyle by staying in the Evangeline, a modern + minimalist shipping container. Building a home out of a shipping container was a dream of ours. We took a metal box & designed & built what is now the Evangeline. Crafted with care and designed to replicate what we would want in a rental space we made sure the Evangeline would be a cozy and unique experience for those away from home. This tiny home is minutes away from University of West Florida and local hospitals.

Located just off I-10, our home provides easy access for travelers and is just a short walk away from Panera, Starbucks, grocery stores, and several restaurants/shops. Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
