This sun-drenched one-bedroom apartment is located on the top corner of the historic Globe Mills. Originally built in 1921, the former wool mill was converted into luxury apartments in 2006. Atop its perch, sweeping views to the east and south flood the apartment with natural light. There is a huge, luxury bathroom (outside the apartment), a kitchenette and a dining space. This Victorian / Italianate freestanding terrace in an incredible part of Sydney close to transportation and the CBD. Being a home built in the late 1800s, the house itself is a grand dame. It groans and creaks with its occupants. The bedroom is underneath the main house’s living areas.

"Foveaux" is one of three small self contained suites. If ecentricity inspires you look no further. The space is similar to a mini hotel room with an apartment style common entrance.The suite has a dark moody pallet which is finished in a mix of modern pop art, pink neon and antique ware. There is a small internal shower-room en suite . There is a well lit Hollywood vanity, which doubles as a kitchenette containing bar fridge, basic food prep, reheat cooking and dining equipment.
