Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! It’s truly an amazing location to see Seattle with convenience and joy.

(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. I provide a continental breakfast, small kitchen, TV with Netflix and streaming TV, and a beautiful backyard with grill. You’ll have quick, frequent bus and car access to Seattle’s top attractions. It’s also blocks away from scenic trails, great restaurants, a big grocery store, and coffee shops.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.
