Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für eine Auszeit. Das Haus wurde während der letzten zwei Jahre liebevoll saniert, so dass es seinen ursprünglichen Charme behalten hat. In 90 min seid ihr von Berlin aus in Doberlug-Kirchhain, einer traditionellen Weißgerberstadt durch die die kleine Elster fließt. Die Villa mit ca. 160 qm liegt am Stadtrand von Doberlug-Kirchhain auf einem 2500 qm großen Grundstück mit eingezäuntem Teich. Ihr habt das ganze Haus und den Garten für Euch alleine.

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.
