You are only minutes away from El Paso 2 major hwys, I10 and Loop 365 to get you to any side of town. There is multiple retail, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. ​​​​​​​Pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Please ask about pricing with at least 24 hrs prior to arrival as this needs to be arranged ahead of time.

This is a luxuriously designed studio which is attached to a main home, but completely private w/ its own entrance. Situated in a calm safe neighborhood near I10 and loop 375. Walking distance from eats, coffee shops etc. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one small futon sofa. It has a great kitchenette with basic essentials, and a full bathroom and HEPA filter. This space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.

Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
